Responsibilities Serves as primary contact for and/or oversees large and complex creative projects and programs across all channels including campaign creative expressions, OOS advertising, in-store creative, Starbucks partnerships, international and digital. Ensure inputs from clients are comprehensive in collaboration with creative leads, including managing timeline, production budgets and deliverables. Proactively builds strong relationships both inside and outside of the Creative Studio to ensure cross‑functional collaboration and connection. Manages a team of Creative Project Managers by supporting their project work and removing roadblocks to effectively and strategically manage timelines, approvals, and creative process for concepting and execution. Prioritize the career development, continuous growth and ongoing success of a team of direct reports. Supports team in documenting cross‑functional processes and ways of work, helping to remove roadblocks, clarifying R&R’s, and advocate for alignment and organizational socialization. Qualifications Ability to function effectively, independently and thrive in a highly ambiguous environment with the flexibility to change course as required to respond to new situations. Ability to influence others at all levels of the organization through strong interpersonal, diplomatic, and negotiation skills to achieve alignment internally and cross‑functionally. Demonstrated project and account management expertise and proven track record in leading large scale, complex and cross‑functional projects with significant financial impact and involving people from multiple levels and organizations. Expert communicator and ability to communicate concisely, both orally and in writing. Strong talent management and people development track record. Strong organizational skills. Both creative agency experience (5‑7 years) and general business experience in large, matrixed organizations (5‑7 years). General people management and capacity management (3+ years).
