Position Overview
The Creative Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall supervision, direction, and monitoring of all creative marketing activities at Verda Healthcare, Inc. and its subsidiaries. This role is accountable for planning, executing, and managing the annual digital marketing plan to drive market share retention and growth as well as oversee the company’s branding initiatives to maintain visual and messaging consistency to ensure compelling brand identity. This person will lead the development and implementation of targeted marketing strategies and campaigns to ensure alignment with the organization’s goals and strengthen brand recognition in the marketplace. This person will own digital and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) marketing, strategy, content development, and performance tracking to expand Verda Healthcare’s online presence, engage key audiences, and foster meaningful connections with members and the community. The Creative Marketing Manager will leverage their strong understanding of Medicare regulations, including CMS guidelines, to translate market insights and business priorities into effective, compliant marketing initiatives. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent education required, Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in the field of managed healthcare care including Medicare or Medi-Cal, and commercial marketing management.
Minimum of three (5) years of managed health care managerial experience.
Strong understanding of Medicare regulations, including CMS guidelines.
Strong ability to translate market insights and business priorities into effective marketing initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and multi-task as well as the ability to make articulate presentations in a public forum is required.
