Job Details
Contract : 12 month, 40 hours a week, paid weekly, hybrid onsite in Chicago, IL OR Peoria, IL OR Dallas, TX.
Location : Chicago, IL (hybrid onsite).

Responsibilities & Qualifications
6+ years of successful experience as a Producer, UX Program Manager leading large projects through the full product development life cycle in a large, cross‑functional user experience or design team.
Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Confluence, Aha!).
Experience with resource planning and program delivery.
Experience working with project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks, and establishing communication plans.
Firm requirement: Must have experience working on a User Experience Product Team (not marketing).
Pay & Benefits
Pay range : $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
