Position Overview

The College of Fine Arts and Communication is seeking applications for short‑term, fixed‑term faculty (.74 FTE or less) for one or more semesters during the upcoming academic year. Titles include Teaching Instructor, Senior Teaching Instructor, Master Teaching Instructor, Teaching Assistant Professor, Teaching Associate Professor, Teaching Professor, Research Instructor, Research Assistant Professor, Research Associate Professor, or Research Professor.

Job Duties

Faculty members will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in their discipline, developing course materials, assessing student performance, and contributing to the academic mission of the college.

Minimum Education / Experience

• M.S. degree in the teaching discipline for undergraduate courses;
• Terminal degree in the teaching discipline for graduate courses;
• Or alternate professional competencies and achievements such as related graduate education, professional certifications, work experience, honors, and awards;
• All credentials must be documented from an accredited institution or certified as equivalent.
