TikTok Creator BD & Community Manager

Responsibilities

1. Creator Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential TikTok creators across health, wellness, and consumer goods categories in the U.S., with a focus on driving high-volume and high-ROI content output.
  • Manage commission-based and paid collaborations with creators across tiers (L0-L6), ensuring consistent video output and increasing conversion rates per creator.
  • Track and improve creator-level GMV contributions and average ROI, prioritizing repeat collaborations with high-performing partners.
  • Maintain an active roster of creators, aiming for monthly growth in new creator partnerships and increasing share of GMV from organic (non-paid) content.
  • Proactively drive offline collaboration opportunities, including co-branded content shoots, in-person interviews, and wellness-related creator events.

2. Creator Community Building & Activation

  • Build, expand, and lead a scalable creator community (via Discord or similar platforms), driving consistent participation and content volume.
  • Launch content challenges and incentive programs to boost creator retention, improve post frequency, and expand viral reach.
  • Improve creator engagement rates, monthly activation ratios, and TikTok content-to-order conversion, especially during peak campaigns.
  • Facilitate peer learning and cross-promotion among creators to enhance average GMV per active community member.
  • Participate in and host offline creator events, including networking mixers, community shoots, and TikTok content days, enhancing loyalty and brand integration.

3. Agency, MCN & Affiliate Platform Partnerships

  • Source and close collaborations with U.S.-based MCNs, agencies, and affiliate platforms to amplify content scale and diversify creator traffic sources.
  • Execute and measure short-link/attribution-based campaigns, ensuring agency-led GMV growth and optimizing cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Strengthen institutional relationships to drive repeat agency activations and increase.
  • Negotiate favorable terms with external partners based on historical performance benchmarks and expected ROI uplift.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Min. 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator BD, or TikTok affiliate operations, with a proven track record of managing paid and commission-based creator programs.
  • Strong familiarity with TikTok Shop mechanics, short-link attribution, and content-to-GMV optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale and maintain creator rosters with high monthly activation and engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using spreadsheets, dashboards, or creator platforms to track ROI, GMV, and content output efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination (content, product, performance, agency) and external creator management.

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior experience managing Discord, Telegram, or WhatsApp-based creator or affiliate communities.
  • Existing network of U.S.-based TikTok creators, MCNs, or affiliate platforms.
  • Background in health, wellness, beauty, or functional CPG brands with experience in high-volume TikTok creator campaigns.
