Job Description
Seeking a Designer / Senior Designer to support and lead high-end residential projects from concept through installation. Responsibilities include design development, drawing and specification production, procurement coordination, vendor communication, and onsite installation oversight. The role requires someone detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects with clarity and discretion.
Job Requirements
- 4–7+ years experience in high-end residential interiors
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience producing detailed drawings, FF&E specifications, and presentation materials
- Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and procurement timelines
- Comfortable coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and fabricators
- Experience leading onsite installations
- Ability to interpret and advance a principal’s design vision
- Willingness to travel for site visits and installations
