Overview Designer - Kitchen/Bath at The Home Depot. Designers support three store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcome them to the store, assess kitchen and/or bath project needs, offer showroom tours, and schedule kitchen and/or bath measures. They review room designs and make purchasing recommendations to customers, support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures, and help ensure showrooms promote a safe, appealing shopping environment to drive sales. Responsibilities Welcome customers and assess kitchen and/or bath project needs. Provide showroom tours and set up kitchen and/or bath measures. Consult with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. Assess stock levels of samples and brochures and restock as necessary. Ensure special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe. Support store priorities to drive sales and achieve department and store goals.
