About the Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with experience developing creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns. This role will play a key role in executing a wide range of deliverables, social content to video, print, and motion graphics.
The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional technical craft. You’ll partner closely with our creative director, client strategy team, media team, and select vendor partners to develop designs that align with brand strategy and perform across multiple channels.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys seeing their work come to life across digital and traditional platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce creative assets across multiple media types, including: Digital display and paid social ads; Email and web graphics; Print and direct mail; Out‑of‑home and broadcast layouts. Nice to have: Video and motion graphics (short‑form :15 and :30 spots)
- Design visually compelling website and landing page layouts, working within established brand guidelines (no UX responsibilities)
- Collaborate with internal client strategy, creative and media teams to ensure design aligns with campaign strategy and performance goals
- Translate creative concepts and brand guidelines into production‑ready assets for various platforms
- Adapt and version creative for multiple audiences, placements, and testing (A/B variations)
- Maintain visual consistency across all deliverables, upholding brand standards and templates
- Participate in concept development for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in‑house)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred)
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience designing across a variety of media – from digital to print as well as web and landing page visuals \>Ability to balance creative vision with brand and performance goals
- Knowledge of digital ad best practices (sizing and optimization considerations)
- Experience collaborating with producers, strategists & media experts to bring creative concepts to life
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable – comfortable working across multiple brands and deliverables
- Ability to work with motion & video preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
