Overview

As a member of the Sales Transformation team, you will use your lead‑to‑cash process expertise and industry knowledge to deliver complex, multi‑part client engagements. Your work will involve defining customer segmentation, sales coverage models, and sales processes that inform technology implementations, helping clients achieve their most pressing sales challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workstream delivery with a focus on on‑time, on‑budget execution.
  • Create and manage engagement resource plans and budgets.
  • Collaborate with client executives to assess sales strategies, capabilities, processes, and technologies for improvement opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to gather input and progress deliverables.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams and oversee seamless execution of sales transformation initiatives.
  • Lead and facilitate client workshops.
  • Advise clients on sales strategy, process, and technology industry trends and leading practices applicable to their business model.
  • Provide input and direction to team assessment and implementation of enterprise sales processes and related technology platforms and tools (e.g., CRM, CPQ, CLM).
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in sales operating models, customer experience, sales technologies, and AI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent considered.
  • 5+ years of consulting or industry experience focusing on commercial functions or related technologies.
  • Experience leading teams and prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating client‑facing meetings and workshops.
  • Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment in internal and client‑facing situations.
  • Ability to participate in the strategic design process of projects, assisting with overall sales strategy, process, and technology across multiple industries.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a desire to build teams.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Suite programs.
  • A valid passport and U.S. driver’s license; willingness and ability to travel 50–80% domestically and internationally.

Skills and Attributes

  • Experience working in cross‑functional teams within the lead‑to‑cash process.
  • Knowledge of B2C and B2B sales environments, core components, tools, and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of leading sales practices, processes, and technologies to drive customer‑centric solutions.
  • Experience with sales technology (CRM, CPQ, CLM) and digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Experience with technology sourcing and vendor selection on digital transformation programs.
  • Ability to deliver end‑to‑end technology programs from inception to go‑live.
  • Knowledge of key trends and capabilities to advise on sales strategy and technology.
  • Skill in engaging client stakeholders at various executive levels.
  • Ability to foster an innovative, inclusive team‑oriented environment.

Ideal Additional Experience

  • Basic technical knowledge of key Sales CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), CPQ, and CLM solutions; certification a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI use cases that support sales functions.
  • Working knowledge of agile delivery methodology.
  • Awareness of industry trends, best practices, and technology innovations.

What We Offer

  • A comprehensive compensation and benefits package including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off.
  • Base salary range of $128,400 to $235,300 for U.S. locations (adjusted for NYC, Washington, California).
  • Hybrid work model with flexible in‑office and remote balance.
