The Prime Video Direct (PVD) team is looking for a bright, analytical, driven, and creative candidate to join our content licensing team to own and support the world‑wide Licensing Operations and Strategy for Prime Video Direct, the self‑service licensing/publishing mechanism of Prime Video. In this role, you will work with our world‑wide content acquisition teams to license the best content for our customers, create innovative product and operational solutions to complex problems, and lead strategic initiatives across all of Prime Video's business lines (SVOD, TVOD, AVOD, etc.) to make it easier than ever for studios, distributors, filmmakers, and other content creators to distribute their content to Prime Video customers worldwide. Key Job Responsibilities This role owns the entire PVD publishing pipeline, managing the content publishing for all PVD providers across 170+ locales and all offer types (TVOD, SVOD, AVOD). As PVD providers submit titles for licensing, the role supports them via emails and required SIMs across stakeholder tech and product teams that resolve resolution. The role serves as the operational expert who fields provider questions and can diagnose and troubleshoot all provider issues—from onboarding and title reviews to encoding, offers creation, reporting, and payments. The role acts as the PVD Account Manager, coordinating with nearly every major Prime Video team (Trust and Safety, Partner Marketplace product teams, engineering teams of Catalog Ingestion, Finance Systems, Partner Account Experience, Finance Operations, etc.) when complex problems arise. Additionally, the role handles high‑priority titles experiencing publishing delays or issues. Demonstrated customer obsession and the ability to work from the customer backwards Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust with internal partners About The Team This team sits at the heart of Prime Video's licensing business and has ownership and insights across all of Prime Video's business lines (SVOD, TVOD, AVOD, etc.) and all territories. You will be joining a team with high visibility to Prime Video leadership and high impact to the business. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of program or project management experience Experience working with clients Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.) Experience in a highly analytical, results‑oriented environment with cross‑functional interactions Preferred Qualifications Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents Experience with SQL Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
