Responsibilities

• Oversee design production from intake to delivery, ensuring projects are on time and on budget.
• Scope, estimate, and allocate resources effectively across multiple initiatives.
• Build and refine workflows, documentation, and best practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, and priorities to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and external vendors.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience as a Design or Creative Producer (agency or in‑house).
• Strong background in UI/Product Design production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled in managing feedback and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Able to operate independently and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
