Our client, a leading creative agency specializing in integrated campaigns, digital experiences, and branded content, is seeking a Senior Producer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee high‑profile projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to bring creative ideas to life across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end production of integrated campaigns, digital experiences, and content initiatives
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and resources to ensure smooth delivery and creative excellence
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors throughout project lifecycles
• Partner with creative, strategy, and account teams to align objectives, anticipate challenges, and provide proactive solutions
• Lead production planning, including shoot logistics, post‑production coordination, and asset delivery
• Mentor junior producers and support process improvements across the production department
• Maintain detailed documentation and ensure adherence to agency standards and workflows

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in production or project management within a creative, digital, or advertising agency
• Proven experience managing large‑scale, multi‑channel campaigns from concept to completion
• Strong understanding of digital production, video workflows, and content delivery processes
• Excellent client‑facing communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet) and production tracking systems
• Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
• Detail‑oriented with strong financial acumen and resource management experience
