We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer. This role is on-site at our offices in Clearwater, FL. The Web Developer is responsible for maintaining and improving our websites, ensuring they remain fast, secure, and reliable. This role involves managing the full technical lifecycle of our web properties – from backend performance and scalability to frontend usability and accessibility. You should feel comfortable working across modern web technologies, collaborating with designers and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life. Success requires curiosity, adaptability, and staying current with web standards, emerging frameworks, and best practices. The candidate will manage version control, CI/CD pipelines, SEO optimization, analytics integration, and accessibility compliance. The role includes deploying and scaling applications on cloud environments and maintaining Linux‑based environments. Duties and Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and deploy web applications using HTML, CSS, TypeScript/Node.js, Python, PHP, and React. Build and manage content‑driven and e‑commerce platforms leveraging Magento 2.3, HubSpot, Django, and Strapi (headless CMS). Deploy and scale applications across cloud environments, ensuring reliability and cost efficiency. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Docker, Google Cloud Run, and Google Cloud Build. Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure accurate and consistent site content. Monitor and analyze site performance using Google Analytics and SendGrid. Administer and optimize MySQL and MariaDB databases, including schema management, indexing, and backups. Maintain Linux‑based environments using SSH and SFTP for secure server access and file management. Perform light digital asset optimization such as image compression, resizing, and cropping. Technical Requirements

Proficiency in HTML and CSS for responsive, accessible front‑end interfaces. Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js. Experience with React for modular UI components. Competency in PHP and Python for backend development. Nice to Have

Experience with Strapi or other headless CMS platforms. Hands‑on knowledge of Magento 2. Familiarity with HubSpot CMS or API integration. Experience developing or maintaining applications in Django. Drug Free Workplace:

This is a full‑time, salaried position. Hours are 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays. After a 30‑day waiting period, full‑time employees become eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off that increases with longevity. After 90 days, employees may participate in the company‑sponsored 401(k). The salary range is $110,000.00–$130,000.00. Seniority Level
