Director, Hospitality Concept Design / Coffee, Alcohol, Retail - INFUSE HOSPITALITY
At Infuse Hospitality, we believe retail is more than a transaction. It is a curated experience that connects people through flavor, service, and ambiance. We are seeking a dynamic leader to elevate our entire beverage retail portfolio across coffee, juice, and specialty drink concepts. This role will shape the guest experience across all our retail environments, from bean to blend to brand.
You can be based in Boston/NY/Chicago/CA/TX. This is a national role.
Front of House experience with design, coffee, bar and retail food concept building.
Hospitality Concept Design (Coffee, Bar, Retail).
What You Will Do: Lead the Retail Experience Own the full guest journey across all beverage retail touchpoints. Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality, hospitality, and innovation.
Drive Operational Excellence Develop and implement scalable standard operating procedures across multi-unit beverage operations. Monitor performance metrics including labor efficiency, product margins, and guest satisfaction.
Develop and Inspire Teams Recruit, train, and mentor retail teams including baristas, juicers, shift leads, and store managers. Build a culture rooted in hospitality, craft, and accountability. Create leadership development pathways and succession plans.
Curate and Innovate Products Collaborate with culinary and vendor partners to curate seasonal menus and signature offerings. Select beans, juices, equipment, and packaging that reflect brand values and guest preferences. Pilot new concepts and formats such as mobile carts, pop-ups, and express counters.
Represent the Brand Ensure brand consistency across signage, uniforms, merchandising, and guest interactions. Partner with marketing to launch campaigns, activations, and loyalty programs. Champion sustainability and community engagement through every cup and blend served.
Leverage Technology and Data Integrate digital tools for mobile ordering, loyalty programs, and guest feedback. Use data to inform product mix, staffing models, and promotional strategies. Explore emerging technologies to enhance convenience and personalization.
