We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented
Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation
with 3+ years of experience to support the execution of demand generation campaigns and go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies that drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Demand Generation & GTM Campaigns
Assist in the planning, development, and execution of multi‑channel demand generation campaigns, including email, paid media, social media, content syndication, and webinars.
Support go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, campaigns, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market needs.
Collaborate with marketing leadership to create and optimize campaigns that align with GTM plans, target audience needs, and revenue objectives.
Contribute to market research efforts to identify customer pain points and competitive differentiators, incorporating insights into demand generation and GTM strategies.
Campaign Execution & Management
Manage day‑to‑day campaign activities, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics.
Coordinate with creative designers and build content yourself to produce compelling assets, such as landing pages, emails, ads, and promotional content.
Test and refine campaign elements, including messaging, targeting, and delivery methods, to optimize ROI.
Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support
Work closely with multiple marketing managers to ensure alignment on strategies, deliverables, and GTM plans.
Partner with sales to facilitate the lead handoff process, track progress, and gather feedback on campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with product leadership to develop messaging and collateral that showcase product benefits and align with GTM and customer needs.
Serve as a key point of contact for cross‑departmental coordination, ensuring seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth, and ROI.
Use marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to monitor lead flow and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare and present performance reports to marketing leadership with recommendations for future optimizations.
Affiliate & Influencer Programs
Coordinate the affiliate marketing, including program structure, partner recruitment, performance tracking, and commission optimization.
Identify, vet, and activate influencers across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, blogs, etc.) who align with our brand and audience.
Coordinate recruiting high‑potential affiliates and influencers through direct outreach, industry networking, events, social platforms, and partner referrals.
Coordinate and support influencers and affiliates through campaign development, onboarding, deployment, and content optimization; ensure they understand the product, target audience, and promotional best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of experience in demand generation, GTM strategy execution, B2B marketing, affiliate, influencer, or partnership marketing, preferably in a SaaS, FinTech, or online marketplace.
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), tracking platforms (e.g., Everflow, Stripe, Meta, Google, YouTube) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking platforms (e.g., Everflow, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Meta, Google, YouTube).
Strong understanding performance marketing metrics, attribution, and conversion optimization.
Proven track record of driving measurable business growth.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.
A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and strategies.
Self‑starter with a strategic mindset and hands‑on executional ability.
Experience working cross‑functionally with product, legal, design, and content teams.
Comfortable with public speaking, presentations and engaging effectively.
Pay Range $62,700.00 – $83,575.00 annually
