JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual & Events Production Engineer to lead the technical execution of high-profile live and hybrid events, including company-wide all-hands, executive meetings, customer-facing broadcasts, and special productions across *** offices and off-site locations.

The Audio Visual team within Client Services is responsible for all conferencing technology, digital signage, and event support for both internal and external events. As an Audio Visual Engineer, you will support the deployment and ongoing management of collaborative spaces, evaluate new AV technologies, and execute live company events.

This role requires exceptional customer service, technical expertise, and attention to detail, as well as strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Operate and troubleshoot AV systems to ensure flawless live and hybrid event experiences.

Serve as technical lead for major events, ensuring all systems and workflows deliver high-quality, reliable results.

Design and manage scalable AV event workflows in collaboration with AV Engineering and Comms/Events teams.

Act as Technical Director for complex productions, overseeing audio, video, graphics, and broadcast operations.

Plan and execute setups for a wide range of events, including webinars, all-hands, live streams from off-site locations and vehicles, fireside chats, executive offsites, and customer-facing broadcasts.Operate and configure professional-grade equipment such as:

Video switchers: TriCaster, OBS, Blackmagic

Audio consoles: Yamaha QL/CL series

Lighting systems for stage, film, and broadcast

Networked AV systems: Kiloview NDI, Dante, Q-SYS, Crestron NVX

Direct technical rehearsals, coordinate run-of-show, and manage live event operations from setup to teardown.

Provide white-glove executive event support with professionalism and discretion.

Manage and troubleshoot conference room equipment (iPads, Mac Minis, speakers, cameras, microphones).

Contribute to the development of AV service roadmaps and future standards.

Create and maintain technical documentation and user-facing guides.

Qualifications

6+ years in a professional audiovisual or IT support role.

3+ years of experience running live production or broadcast events.

Proven experience providing executive-level white-glove support.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience producing multi-location live streams and company-wide broadcasts.

Proficient with Zoom app, Zoom Rooms, and related conferencing hardware.

Experience configuring iOS/macOS-based room controllers.

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and AV-over-IP troubleshooting.

Proficient in Windows and macOS troubleshooting related to conferencing and live event operations.
