are effective
in a crisis, a demonstrated
ability to quickly lead team through issues resolution, root cause analysis and successfully prioritize corrective action Experience directing with hybrid or remote teams across multiple
time zones A seasoned hand at working with product and design teams in translating their desires into working technology, with

**Compensation**
The target base salary range for this position is 210,000-245,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are
