a

bachelor ’ s

degree

or higher

in Computer Science or a related field of study; or equivalent work experience Deep

know-how

in the technical architecture, common stacks and engineering tools needed to deliver amazing web and mobile experiences in banking or fintech. Ideally, experience in delivering and/or leading teams working in

React Native

or Swift/Kotlin native mobile app development ;

for backend Deep experience building, mentoring, and leading software engineering teams, with a strong focus on people development and coaching team members

leadership experience

delivering consumer-facing

engineering solutions, with understanding of

in a crisis, a demonstrated

ability to quickly lead team through issues resolution, root cause analysis and successfully prioritize corrective action Experience directing with hybrid or remote teams across multiple

**Compensation**

The target base salary range for this position is 210,000-245,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are
