Base pay range $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

The

Marketing Admin

will own logistics and execution for marketing initiatives involving key referral sources including Automobile Dealer Associations (including conferences/events), an internal swag store, 20 Groups, Agents, and other organizations that influence Dealer decision-making. This individual will partner closely with these organizations allowing ACV to fully leverage these relationships and associated marketing spend. The ideal candidate will need to be a self starter who is highly organized, deadline driven, and able to handle multiple tasks and fluid priorities within a fast-paced work environment. This individual must be highly dependable, open to taking direction and effective working with other team members within marketing and across the organization. They will be expected to remain professional and composed in all situations as they will be a reflection of the ACV (and marketing team) brand. This role will report directly to our Director of Partnership Marketing.

What you will do:

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Act as an ACV point of contact for regional dealer associations

Handles Shipping and Inventory for regional events and associations of swag, branding, etc.

Track association, SWAG and sponsorship spend and optimize future commitments based on performance

Manage logistics of sales marketing execution like printing, distribution etc.

Manage SWAG allocation and ordering, staying within a strict budget

Manage inventory in-office, ensure there is enough on hand for quick fulfillment

Fulfill orders from the swag store

Coordinate, order and send out prizes from marketing promotions

Manage event logistics, lodging and travel

Complete applications for associations and events

Manage fulfilment of company business cards

Perform additional duties as assigned.

What you will need:

Ability to read, write and understand English

High School or GED - required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred

A minimum of 1 year of experience working in Marketing strongly preferred.

1 year(s) Microsoft Excel

Experience with G-Suite strongly preferred.

Project management experience with proven ability to build and adhere to process

Detail oriented, able to double and triple check work

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexible problem solver comfortable with changing priorities
