Marketing is a key function to continue and scale our very successful growth strategy, promoting the value of Decision Intelligence to more customers in the DACH region and beyond. Your success will rely on delivering high‑quality vertical and thought‑leadership content and activities to the right people, at the right time, on the right channels.
We are therefore looking to hire an energetic, strategic, can‑do individual with experience in a B2B startup and a background in content marketing.
Responsibilities
Creating and executing audience‑focused marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and social media.
Turning complex product features and customer insights into clear and compelling stories and value propositions.
Shaping and evolving our content and growth strategy, including SEO optimisation, editorial planning, and acquisition/retention initiatives.
Setting up and managing performance marketing campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn) to drive measurable impact.
Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing activities with business and customer needs.
Developing and maintaining product messaging, value propositions, battlecards, and sales enablement materials.
Monitoring and analysing key marketing metrics and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
Handling additional growth/marketing topics such as events, conferences, and other growth initiatives.
Requirements
Several years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and/or Copywriting, ideally within a Tech / B2B SaaS or software environment.
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and impactful messaging.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; able to produce professional content in both languages.
Proven storytelling talent, turning customer experiences and product features into compelling marketing narratives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely across Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
Hands‑on, pragmatic, and results‑driven with a strong drive to implement and continuously optimise marketing initiatives.
