About the role: You will develop and implement comprehensive sales enablement content strategies that equip our teams to effectively market payments to sales prospects in the software payments ecosystem. You'll create and maintain compelling content that drives measurable business outcomes while ensuring our sales narrative remains consistent with company messaging and produces measurable outcomes in the sales funnel. You will be a thinker and a doer - producing high-quality materials for various demand channels (one pagers, decks, sales sequences, etc). You will have experience handling multiple priorities and should possess excellent writing skills, editorial judgment, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content tied closely to our value prop. We're looking for someone with the ability to balance creative thinking with business KPIs while creating clear and concise messaging to drive measurable results.

You're a people person who enjoys collaborating, helping the team stay on track, and can successfully communicate to leaders in the business. You'll help drive sales content fueling our demand efforts. What you will be doing:

Partner with new Dir of Sales Enablement to create sales plays by segment, vertical, and high priority product initiatives

Partner with PMM and marketing to streamline sales toolkits to ensure consistent bill of goods for every project launch across segments

Utilize value proposition and marketing messages to create compelling sales messaging that resonates with a software audience

Translate complex payment technology concepts into clear, engaging content that sales teams can effectively communicate

Craft content plans specifically designed to support sales teams in driving partner activation and product adoption

Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on creation of sales‑focused materials

Produce high‑quality sales materials including battle cards, objection handlers, and competitive intelligence documents

Create targeted content packages for specific partner audiences that address unique pain points and opportunities

Build sales scripts, talk tracks, and guided selling tools that streamline the sales process

Ongoing refinement of front book materials e.g. single‑seller deck, one sheets, etc.

Partner with content strategy, sales, product marketing, and go‑to‑market teams to identify critical content needs

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy in all sales materials

Coordinate approvals and incorporate feedback from sales teams and leadership

Communicate project progress and results to key stakeholders

Support field sales with customized content for specific partner engagement opportunities

Implement content calendars and ensure timely delivery of sales enablement materials

Organize and manage sales content workflows from conception to execution

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all partner‑facing sales communications

Identify opportunities to repurpose successful content for different sales scenarios

Establish and maintain an accessible content library that sales teams can easily navigate

Establish consistent feedback loops across sales and enablement

Align content strategy with sales KPIs and demonstrate measurable impact on revenue goals

Optimize content based on usage data and sales team input

Prioritize content initiatives based on business impact and demonstrated sales needs

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree – preferably in Marketing, Business Management, PR, Communications, Journalism

5+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing, partner marketing or related field

Understanding of partner relationships in a B2B environment

Strong project management skills

Strong negotiation and prioritization skills

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Experience developing and implementing sales enablement content

Comfortable jumping in where needed and working independently and efficiently to collaborate across teams

Able to efficiently problem‑solve as needed

Proficiency in Microsoft programs, project management systems
