Kelly Services is currently seeking a Content Manager for one of our top clients in Jacksonville, FL.
Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Content Manager for a 12 month+ engagement at one of our Global clients in Jacksonville, FL.

We’re looking for a Content Manager to take ownership of managing and maintaining website content. In this role, you will ensure all content is clear, accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand's voice and goals. You’ll coordinate with teams across the organization to plan, organize, and optimize digital content that supports both users and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update website content through a content management system (CMS)
Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and up to date
Coordinate with writers, designers, developers, and other contributors
Write and edit content as needed
Organize digital assets such as images, videos, and documents
Help ensure content follows brand guidelines and legal requirements
Monitor content performance and make improvements based on data
Support SEO efforts by optimizing content for search engines
Participate in content planning and strategy discussions
Collaborate with marketing, design, and technical teams
Help document content processes and provide training when needed
Technical Requirements & Preferences
Experience working with a CMS
Strong writing and editing skills
Basic understanding of SEO and web content best practices
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus
