You’ll own the entire sales cycle from first contact to booking, with base hourly pay plus performance bonuses that reward results.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales & Lead Conversion (Primary Focus)

Respond rapidly to inbound leads via phone, text, email, and live chat

Quote pricing, overcome objections, and close deals – often on first contact

Use consultative selling to understand customer needs and recommend the right storage or moving solution

Upsell additional services and longer rental terms to maximize order value

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Manage sales pipeline and follow up persistently with unconverted leads until close or disqualification

Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Customer Account Management

Assist existing customers with account questions, billing inquiries, and service modifications

Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain satisfaction

Process payments, send invoices, and follow up on past‑due accounts

Handle cancellations while exploring retention opportunities

Scheduling & Dispatch Coordination

Confirm reservations, delivery dates, and container placement details with customers

Respond to driver calls and support logistics coordination

Ensure seamless handoff between sales and operations

Operations & Team Support

Track all customer interactions and sales activity in CRM software (HubSpot)

Collaborate with team members to maintain service excellence and operational flow

Participate in rotating weekend on‑call schedule (approximately one weekend per month)

Contribute ideas for improving sales processes and customer experience

Perform additional duties as assigned to support business growth

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma required; business or sales‑related bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

2+ years of proven sales success with documented track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) strongly preferred

Typing speed of 40+ WPM
