Production Designer
to support a Fortune 100 marketing team. This role requires a high level of skill in production design and attention to detail across multiple types of media. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, a sharp eye for design accuracy, and a focus on maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
The Production Designer will work closely with creative and marketing partners to prepare and deliver design files for digital, print, and experiential marketing. This position is well‑suited for someone who enjoys hands‑on design work and ensuring every asset meets both creative and technical standards.
This is a part-time contract position with occasional onsite visits in Atlanta. Candidates local to Atlanta preferred, but open to remote within Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
Create and prepare design assets across digital, print, experiential, and in‑market marketing campaigns
Manage and organize production files for accuracy and easy access
Prepare final files, build layouts, and adapt existing assets for different platforms
Support content production and design execution, using existing creative materials when needed
Ensure accuracy and consistency in layouts, typography, and visual elements across all work
Review and check all materials for quality and compliance with brand standards
Manage multiple projects at once, balancing creative and production priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Work closely with designers, project managers, and marketing partners to deliver accurate and timely assets
Preferred Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in a production design role, preferably in an agency or corporate marketing environment
Strong skills in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with an understanding of production workflows and Creative Cloud libraries
Experience using
Figma ,
Acrobat Pro , or similar tools
Knowledge of print and digital production, including:
Print: color modes (CMYK, Pantone), bleed, trim, and resolution standards
Digital: file formats, resolution, and optimization for web, social, and digital platforms
Ability to move easily between creative and executional work based on project needs
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Candidates must submit a portfolio along with their resume to be considered. Portfolios should include examples of both
creative design work
and
production design , showing experience with branding, digital assets, mechanical builds, and final deliverables.
