Where You'll Make an Impact: Complete training on all promotional systems as directed by supervisor Oversee setup/breakdown for events & promotions Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner Answer customer inquiries Manage promotional inventory during events Record customer information within the program database Ensure all items given to guests are properly redeemed and accounted for on their accounts using the gaming system Assist guests with issues at promotional kiosks during promotions Provide detailed reports to supervisor on event strengths and opportunities Ensure marketing programs are successful from start to finish Support guests according to customer service policies Skills to Help You Succeed: Excellent customer service Strong interpersonal communication Flexible schedule Event planning VIP services Strong organizational skills Qualifications
Must-Haves: High School Diploma or five years of professional experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Entertainment field preferred Upbeat & Positive Attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Physical Requirements: Lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 20 lbs.
