Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in‑store experience. Acting as Floor Supervisor, you provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. What You’ll Do Open and Closing Routines Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness Business Understanding Proactive Thinking Attention to Detail Register/Point of Sales use Asset Protection Visual Displays System Skills Work Schedule Requirements Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12–16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred. Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred. Supervisor/ managerial experience not required. Customer focus, communication, interpersonal interaction. Fashion trend knowledge, outgoing, assertiveness. Adaptability/flexibility & stress tolerance, poise & ambition.
