Job Details Industry: Banking/ Financial Job Title: Marketing Specialist/ Marketing Manager Duration: 6+ Months Location: Minneapolis, MN Job Description This contingent resource will consult on complex, large-scale Marketing initiatives involving strategic planning and analysis. The consultant will handle multi-faceted challenges, assess multiple business factors, and collaborate with client teams to meet deliverables within established policies and compliance frameworks. Roles & Responsibilities Consult on complex Marketing initiatives with broad strategic impact. Review and analyze large-scale or long-term Marketing challenges. Evaluate multiple business factors, including intangible or unprecedented elements. Contribute to resolving complex situations through a deep understanding of Marketing functions and compliance requirements. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to develop and implement effective solutions. Must Have Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, or Digital Platforms (e.g., mobile or social media). Proven ability to manage complex and large-scale Marketing initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic consulting skills. Experience applying policies, procedures, and compliance standards to marketing programs. Nice to Have Experience in agency or consulting environments. Exposure to cross-functional strategic marketing projects. Advanced knowledge of emerging digital technologies or marketing analytics tools. Manager’s Comments Ideal candidates will combine strategic insight with operational execution, demonstrating the ability to synthesize complex information and collaborate effectively across client teams. A flexible, consultative mindset and experience with enterprise-level Marketing initiatives will be highly valued.
