Job Overview
Community Manager (Tempe) at Mark‑Taylor, Inc. is a full‑time role focused on delivering exceptional resident service while overseeing day‑to‑day community operations.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset.
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning.
- Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
- Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years people management experience.
- 2+ years Community Manager, Property Manager, or similar titled experience required in the multi‑family industry.
- Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
- BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
- Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar is especially desirable.
- A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Starting salary $70,000 commensurate with experience. Eligible for monthly bonuses and a wardrobe allowance.
