Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning. Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes. Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements. Qualifications
3+ years people management experience. 2+ years Community Manager, Property Manager, or similar titled experience required in the multi‑family industry. Demonstrated coaching and development ability. BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills and professional presence. Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar is especially desirable. A basic understanding of written and verbal English. Benefits
