Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Services Manager to lead and inspire our creative design team in Edwardsville, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality visual content while ensuring projects meet branding and design standards. This position requires a strong background in graphic design, creative direction, and expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the creative design group, ensuring projects are delivered on time and align with brand guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and collaboration across projects.
- Develop innovative design concepts and strategies to meet the needs of various marketing campaigns.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Adobe Illustrator, to produce compelling visual assets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into effective design solutions.
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to quality standards and align with the overall branding strategy.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and resource constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and tools to enhance the creative process.
- Present design concepts and campaigns to stakeholders, gathering feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Creative Services Manager or similar role, leading design teams and projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Illustrator, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
- Solid understanding of graphic design principles and branding strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative professionals.
- Strong project management abilities, including handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of current design trends, tools, and best practices in the creative industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
