Incentives & Communications Marketing Manager Stellantis is seeking an Incentives & Communications Marketing Manager to join our Midwest Business Center team. This individual must be a motivated, self-starter with retail sales and communications experience (automotive preferred). Individuals in this position are responsible for delivering monthly regional incentive strategic plan direction, development, and implementation. In this position, individuals must have the ability to think strategically, clearly communicate opportunities and implement plans. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to use analytic data to identify market trends and make recommendations to deliver positive sales and share results. This position requires individuals to be effective communicators (oral and written) and to deliver executive level presentations and business cases.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business, or related field

5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, product strategy or finance

Automotive industry experience is preferred

High proficiency in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Chicago, IL

Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Excellent time management and quantitative/analytical skills

Ability to develop and deliver strategic/tactical plans through executive level presentations

Communicate effectively with Senior Management and large groups of Stakeholders including dealers, business centers and media

Motivated and outgoing individual who wants to develop within the company
