AgeWell Solvere Living is seeking an experienced Marketing Account Manager, who effectively works in a remote setting, to join our marketing team! As a Marketing Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that support AgeWell Solvere Living senior living communities. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the on‑site sales teams to understand initiatives and coordinate project implementation.

Collaborate with creative, production, research, media, and accounting teams to ensure project success.

Practice clear, concise, and accurate oral and written communication.

Prepare and manage coordination of project schedules and workflow traffic for creative projects using the company’s production management system.

Interface daily with traffic/creative teams for project schedules and workflow status updates.

Coordinate internal and community review of creative work.

Proofread both copy and design of creative projects prior to release.

Research and purchase mailing lists for direct mail campaigns.

Prepare communications for the internal team and communities; organize and maintain project documentation files.

Coordinate with sales team and clients regarding due dates, feedback, approvals, etc.

Communicate marketing campaign launch dates, lead source tracking codes, and updates to communities’ monthly calendars.

Assist with team members onboarding and offboarding digital platforms.

Prepare sales and marketing results reports for community Semi‑Annual Marketing Plans.

Review and analyze data from CRM systems such as Welcome Home, CallRail, and Google Analytics.

Assist in the development of marketing reports.

Communication and interface with external vendors for production of designed creative.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, or advertising.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Strong organization and time management skills.

Experience with production management systems (e.g., Teamwork, Trello, Asana).

Experience with analyzing CRM data is preferred.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Team‑oriented with a willingness to collaborate.

Self‑motivated and takes initiative in a remote work setting.

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan, prioritize, and work independently.
