We are looking for a new talent to join our team as a
Senior Digital Marketing Specialist.

What we expect:
Create and execute digital marketing campaigns and manage budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to drive sales growth while meeting strict performance goals
Regularly track and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and areas for improvement
Monitor and analyze marketing campaigns to ensure delivery within defined ROI targets
Continuously manage analytics to optimize both organic and paid channels using analytic tools
Prepare and deliver reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement, and iterate based on findings
Conduct A/B testing of ads, landing pages, bidding models, and new ideas; regularly evaluate new features and beta tools
Design and execute CRM strategies focused on customer retention, lifecycle marketing, and increasing customer lifetime value through targeted campaigns and personalized journeys
Create, manage, and optimize omnichannel communication flows (email, push, SMS) based on audience segmentation and behavioral triggers, using CRM and campaign automation platforms
Measure and report CRM performance using key metrics such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, and churn; continuously iterate to improve outcomes
Ensure consistent brand messaging and community engagement by planning and executing social media and influencer marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance across platforms
What we are looking for:
University degree from a reputable institution in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience in the e-commerce and fashion ecosystem (experience with mobile apps is a plus)
Strong drive and experience in A/B testing
Genuine interest in digital marketing and platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as D . Engage,Twillio ve Dataport or similar platforms, and strong understanding of retention strategies in e-commerce
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn customer data into actionable insights and improve CRM-driven marketing performance
Experience in managing social media accounts and executing influencer marketing campaigns is a strong plus
Excellent written and spoken English is a must
Proficient in MarTech tools such as GA4, Adjust, Looker Studio, etc.
Results-oriented, resourceful, and a proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making abilities
Takes full ownership of tasks and responsibilities
