This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early‑career marketer to work in field marketing within a leading in the cybersecurity industry. Based in attractive offices in Arlington, VA, in a hybrid working model, you’ll support campaigns, events, and account‑based initiatives for both commercial and Federal clients.

Coordinating closely with sales, headquarters’ marketing, and security experts, you’ll help make sure that Arqit is widely known and generally respected as a leader in one of the most technologically advanced markets in the world. You will be responsible for bringing our global strategy to life locally, executing campaigns that target US federal, telco, and enterprise audiences, strengthening engagement with partners and channels, and driving customer acquisition. The role is hands‑on, strategic, and central to filling the US sales funnel while ensuring alignment with global brand and sales objectives. This US‑based role reports into the global marketing team.

What you'll be doing

Developing and delivering account‑based marketing plans per partner, supporting sell‑to, sell‑through and sell‑with models to drive growth across primes, OEMs, system integrators (SIs), value‑added resellers (VARs), distributors, and channel partners.

Collaborating closely with the global marketing team to ensure consistent brand positioning while tailoring execution to US audiences.

Supporting sales enablement by harmonising core sales messages across campaigns and delivering sales education, tools, and collateral to increase effectiveness.

Working with vendors, OEMs, and distributors to secure and optimise MDF.

Managing partner scorecards to measure and maximise engagement and ROI across the partner ecosystem.

Partnering with the sales team to identify target accounts, drive ABM initiatives, and generate qualified pipeline opportunities.

Planning and executing US marketing events, webinars, trade shows, executive briefings, and partner activations, aligned with global campaigns.

Coordinating logistics and execution for customer roundtables, federal agency outreach, telco‑focused initiatives, and enterprise campaigns.

Creating and adapting content and messaging for US cybersecurity audiences while ensuring alignment with global narrative.

Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, lead generation, ROI, and pipeline contribution, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Supporting US product launches, including go‑to‑market planning, campaign execution, partner activation, and launch measurement.

What we're looking for

1–3 years of experience in marketing (B2B or tech preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; or equivalent commercial experience.

Strong interest in cybersecurity and emerging technologies.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Familiarity with marketing tools like HubSpot and Salesforce would be helpful.

Ability to adapt messaging for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a fast‑paced environment.

Passion for storytelling and building trust in complex industries.

Ability to work in the U.S. without restriction.
