  • 4-7 years of experience in content authoring and marketing campaign management, preferably within FinTech, financial services, or technology sectors.
  • Strong proficiency with digital campaign tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo, or comparable platforms.
  • Expert-level HTML development skills, including email templates, dynamic content, and tagging.
  • Strong editing, writing, and storytelling capabilities with a focus on tone, clarity, and compliance.
  • Understanding of marketing automation, customer journey mapping, and data-driven targeting.
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, and campaign performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with financial products, regulatory marketing standards, and consumer finance communication guidelines.
  • Must-have (No Exceptions): Proven experience converting UI/UX designs into functional, responsive HTML templates.
