Job Description
- To be successful in this role, you should have 7+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree, or 4+ years with a master's degree, or a doctorate with 2+ years of experience.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your multimedia design work is essential.
- Proficiency in a variety of platforms, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Articulate 360, h5p, Adobe Acrobat, Open EdX, Learnosity, and the ability to quickly learn proprietary tools is required.
- Familiarity with web accessibility standards, including alternate text, color contrast, multiple means of representation, and keyboard controls is important.
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with learning and performance solutions teams are necessary.
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models is beneficial.
- The ability to create graphics and assets for digital, print, and motion graphics is required. Experience working within a brand system across multiple channels is also important.
- A graduate degree and evidence of continued learning will be advantageous. Experience in media production for education is a plus.
- Comfort in leveraging AI and engineering prompts for improved workflows is also beneficial.
Position & Application Details
