We currently have an exciting career opportunity for an entry-level eLearning Content Creator. You will be a creative developer of multimedia learning opportunities. This dynamic position includes developing interactive video and simulation content to train our client base on our software products. You will also be responsible for writing and updating software documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required); degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills
Video and screen casting tool experience; experience with Adobe Captivate is a plus
Experience with animation software and software simulation capture is a plus
Must live in or be willing to relocate to Southwest Charlotte
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Consulting team to summarize content requirements accurately and design instructional materials
Design and develop engaging, informative, and visually compelling online learning objects and courses, including text, graphics, interactions, and software simulations
Collaborate with eLearning team to plan multimedia projects
Edit, write, and narrate scripts
Update multimedia projects as needed
Create design ideas for developers to improve the software
Edit, write, and update software documentation, including manuals and white papers
Deploy multimedia projects onto our learning platforms
