The primary goal of this collaboration is to coordinate, produce, and optimize high-quality SEO content that ranks in Google and the performance of our websites. As a freelance Content Manager, you will: Coordinate and oversee content production across several high-traffic websites. Develop editorial plans and implement SEO strategies based on keyword research and market priorities. Create and edit new content tailored to different user segments within sports betting and iGaming. Assign tasks to writers, review their work, and provide constructive feedback. Monitor KPIs such as rankings, traffic, and conversion rates. Stay informed on legal, regulatory, and competitive developments in the Polish market. Collaborate with our business development team to ensure optimal partner placements and offers. Work with CRO/UX specialists to improve user engagement and ensure top technical performance of sites. Apply your own SEO insights to boost organic visibility and reach. This role requires close communication with our in-house teams but allows for flexible, independent work. Requirements Strong command of Polish and English, both written and spoken. Keen editorial eye and ability to turn any copy into engaging, accurate, SEO‑optimized content. Hands‑on experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research platforms. At least 3 years of relevant experience in content management, SEO, or digital marketing. Experience with WordPress CMS. Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. Good knowledge of UX principles in web products. Clear and proactive communication skills. A degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
