Position Overview We’re seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Marketing & Outreach Assistant to help expand EWC’s community presence. This role will support outreach initiatives, strengthen relationships with referral partners, and help coordinate events and materials that connect our services to the community.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage bi-weekly outreach drop-offs to wellness-related businesses and doctors’ offices throughout Monmouth County.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with referral partners through regular email updates and check-ins.
Assist in planning and managing a calendar of tabling and community events across Monmouth County, including availability on weekends.
Content creation for social media posts, newsletters, and outreach materials.
Order, organize, and maintain swag inventory for events.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing and outreach team as needed.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable driving throughout Monmouth County for outreach drop-offs.
Availability on weekends to assist with community events: 1‑2 community events per month.
Basic experience with social media and content creation preferred.
Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Passion for mental health, wellness, and community engagement.
Benefits
$17‑$20 hourly based on experience.
Flexible part‑time schedule 10‑15 hours per week.
Sick time accrual - 1 hr for every 30 hours worked.
