obsessed with driving growth at high speed. This person will have full ownership over inbound, outbound, paid media, and conversion journeys, combining strategic vision, experimentation, and execution to scale our fronts

Responsibilities
Create and execute growth strategies for SaaS and customized projects.
Manage paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Run A/B tests on creatives, websites, and inbound/outbound journeys.
Structuring automations and lead nurturing (Hubspot, Customer.io).
Support sales in pipeline management and lead qualification.
Prepare strategic reports for C-levels and investors.
Organize and prioritize the backlog of growth actions in the sprints.
Collaborate with product, sales, and branding in impact campaigns
Requirements
Practical experience in
Product-Led Growth
and paid campaigns.
Experience in
CRM, automations, and analytics
(HubSpot, Customer.io, GA, GTM).
Solid knowledge in Campaigns
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Proven track record in
customer retention and expansion .
Analytical profile, oriented to metrics and results.
Differentials:
experience in growth B2B tech, tech savvy, commercial execution/marketing, and content for LinkedIn.
Preferred Qualifications
High knowledge in
CRM, automations, and analytics
(HubSpot, Customer.io, GA, GTM)
Experience in
growth for B2B Tech companies .
Execution of Campaigns
Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Background in
commercial execution/marketing .
Profile
Tech Savvy
