Alpha Structural, Inc.
Alpha Structural is Southern California’s leading design‑build firm specializing in residential, commercial and industrial structural repair, foundation work, slope stabilization, and seismic retrofitting—with over 30 years of proven performance.
We’re not a firm where you’ll spend years working on one small piece of a project. At Alpha, you’ll see the entire process—from analysis and design to construction and completion. As a fully integrated design‑build company, your solutions don’t stop at paper; they get built, tested, and stand the test of time.
If you want a role where you can grow your engineering career faster than in a corporate setting, you’ll fit right in.
Why Alpha? We believe in building more than structures—you’ll join a talented, close‑knit field team where your skills directly support vital structural repairs across Los Angeles. We promote from within and offer opportunities to expand your certifications, responsibilities, and future in the trades.
