Job Summary This role serves as the bridge between the Global Commercial Technology function and regional commercial and marketing teams. You will bring strategic thinking and enable business case development, support business with experience in pharmaceutical pricing and market access, familiarity with CRM and commercial excellence platforms, execute digital engagement strategies, assess technological maturity across markets, ensure the successful implementation of omnichannel capabilities tailored to the region’s commercial and marketing strategy, evaluate operating models, drive adoption, and ensure measurable business impact.

Position Location Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site. This position is not eligible for remote work; preference will be given to local candidates. Hybrid working allows up to 50% of monthly workday remotely.

Major Accountabilities

Liaison with sales & marketing business teams.

Pricing & Contracts Liaison.

Enable technology for Market Access financial and pricing strategies.

Support GDH for Mkt Strategies & launch support.

Evolve current global solutions (SCOUT CRM, CM, Solar, Sanity) aligning to regional needs.

Digital Marketing, Portfolio and Field Force Operations support.

Business case management for Sales & Mkt functions.

Optimize end-to-end customer operations, including reverse logistics, distribution operations, and customer service for biosimilar and generic product portfolio.

Strategic Leadership & Roadmap Ownership.

Own and lead the regional CE roadmap with detailed overview of technology landscape, transitions, and commercial priorities.

Evaluate and recommend the most effective operating model for each market based on maturity, complexity, and business needs.

Partner with global CE and Technology teams to co‑develop and operationalize digital strategies aligned with Sandoz’s business model.

Technology & Omnichannel Enablement

Assess the technological landscape and omnichannel maturity across markets; identify gaps and develop mitigation plans.

Drive implementation of global analytics standards and KPIs to support omnichannel adoption and performance tracking.

Support deployment of real‑time, data‑driven closed‑loop marketing to integrate personal and non‑personal engagement channels.

Execution & Commercial Integration

Work closely with country teams to embed omnichannel strategies into local commercial plans.

Ensure harmonization and standardization of business processes across countries while respecting local needs.

Lead communications with countries on system changes, focusing on benefits, impact, and capability development.

Governance & Prioritization

Ensure adherence to CE governance frameworks, aligning country requests with global and regional priorities.

Consolidate program‑specific roadmaps into a cohesive regional plan in collaboration with CE Heads and Leads.

Innovation & Capability Building

Identify and prioritize scalable digital solutions that align with strategic goals.

Drive regionally‑prioritized projects and support local business processes to enable more efficient solutions.

Identify capability gaps and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., change management) to develop remediation plans.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the go‑to expert for CE solutions in the region, engaging with commercial leaders at both regional and local levels.

Foster strong partnerships with external vendors, patient organizations, and healthcare professionals to enhance digital engagement.

You’ll Receive Sandoz offers a generous employee benefits package that includes a competitive salary, health insurance coverage, a company match for retirement savings accounts, and generous paid time off. The pay range at commencement is expected to be between

$119,700 – 171,000 – 222,300

USD/year, subject to market adjustments. Additional compensation may include sign‑on bonus, RSUs, and discretionary awards. Sandoz follows a hybrid work policy allowing a mix of in‑person and remote work.

On September 30, 2021, Sandoz entered into a 5‑year Corporate Integrity Agreement. Certain positions will support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA‑related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or IRO remediation.
