Position Summary We’re seeking a full‑time Fashion Production Coordinator (official title: Production Coordinator) for our Los Angeles‑based corporate office. This role will oversee new item launches, photoshoot prep, and sample room management. The coordinator will act as the key liaison between U.S. merchandising and China production teams to ensure product accuracy and on‑time delivery.
Job Responsibilities
New Item Launch: Manage weekly launch schedules, verify readiness, communicate issues to China, and update progress trackers.
Coordination: Serve as the main contact between U.S. and China teams, monitor launch risks, maintain documentation, and provide clear status updates.
Photoshoot Coordination: Plan photoshoots with Creative and Studio teams, prepare sample presentations, manage sample readiness, and ensure smooth execution.
Sample Room: Organize, label, and maintain seasonal and recut samples, removing outdated or damaged items while updating weekly progress reports.
Quality Control: Verify data accuracy, suggest process improvements, and prevent last‑minute launch changes unless approved.
Job Requirements
1–3 years experience in production coordination, product development, or merchandising.
Proficient in Excel and product tracking tools.
Strong detail orientation, communication, and multitasking skills.
Nice to have
Bachelor’s in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field preferred.
Bilingual Mandarin is a plus.
