Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Bankruptcy & Creditors' Remedies Legal Assistant to join a law firm in Minneapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, agreements, and PDFs, including comparisons, conversions, scanning, and formatting.
Electronically file pleadings and legal documents in state, federal, and appellate courts nationwide.
Manage docketing, including scheduling orders, briefing schedules, court dates, and other litigation deadlines.
Maintain electronic client files, pleadings, and indices, along with original client documents.
Review and finalize attorney time entries and assist with client billing.
Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, depositions, travel arrangements, and routine correspondence.
Deliver responsive, professional service to attorneys, clients, colleagues.
Qualifications
Minimum of three years' Bankruptcy or Creditors Remedies legal administrative experience in a law firm preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks.
Excellent grammar, proofreading skills, and attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor, reliability, and accountability.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting court deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic documentation.
