Our client, a premium CPG/Lifestyle brand, is seeking a skilled
Social Content Art Director
with a strong focus on Instagram and short‑form video. The ideal candidate brings a strategic, data‑informed approach to content development and is highly proficient in producing compelling, platform‑native creative. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing visual content that aligns with brand standards, supports marketing initiatives, and drives measurable engagement and growth.
Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $65.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Instagram‑focused content strategies that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Produce high‑quality short‑form videos, Reels, Stories, and carousel assets tailored to platform best practices.
Ensure all content reflects a cohesive brand voice and visual identity.
Trend & Platform Awareness
Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to inform content decisions.
Incorporate trending audio, hashtags, visual styles, and format adjustments to increase reach and engagement.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, product, influencer, and creative teams to support campaigns, product launches, and storytelling initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and collaborative projects.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
Review content performance metrics and apply insights to refine creative strategies.
Conduct A/B testing to improve visuals, messaging, and overall effectiveness.
Support ongoing content planning with data‑driven recommendations.
Creator & Production Coordination
Build and manage relationships with external creators, photographers, and videographers as needed.
Ensure all outsourced creative meets brand expectations and quality standards.
