Role Overview b>Role Overview: b>We are seeking a detail-oriented SEO Specialist who is passionate about SEO, excels at solving technical challenges, and takes ownership of driving client growth through measurable search visibility. You will manage SEO strategy and execution for a set of contractor clients, optimizing websites, improving rankings, and helping quality leads find them online.

Core Responsibilities b>Core Responsibilities

Technical SEO

Audit and optimize websites for crawlability, indexation, site structure, Core Web Vitals, and schema.

Troubleshoot performance and technical issues, and clearly explain the “why” behind each fix.

Keyword and Content Strategy

Conduct keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, Keywords Everywhere, and Google Keyword Planner.

Build intent-based keyword maps to guide content and service page creation.

Recommend blog topics, on-page content updates, and internal linking strategies.

Local SEO

Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for all client locations.

Ensure citation consistency and maximize visibility in local search results.

Develop strategies for local link building and service area expansion.

Performance Analysis

Track and interpret Google Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs data to identify ranking patterns and traffic shifts.

Build actionable strategies for improvement and share insights in client-friendly reports.

Authority Building

Support link acquisition and brand visibility through outreach, digital PR, and high-quality backlink opportunities.

Who You Are

Experienced:

4+ years of hands‑on SEO experience across technical, on‑page, and local SEO.

Analytical : You can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Organized:

You manage multiple client accounts with precision and accountability.

Curious:

You stay ahead of Google’s algorithm updates, search AI trends, and LLM‑driven changes to SERP visibility.

Communicative:

You can explain technical details clearly to both internal teams and clients.

Preferred Tools

Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Keyword Planner, Google Business Profile, Screaming Frog, BrightLocal, Keyword.com, and Monday.com. Bonus points for experience with Google Local Service Ads (LSA).

Key Metrics for Success

SEO deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Clients experience measurable increases in organic visibility, qualified traffic, and leads.

Reports clearly demonstrate progress and ROI.

Client satisfaction and retention remain high.

Compensation and Benefits b>Pay: $65,000 – $80,000 per year

b>Job Type: Full‑time, hybrid (3 days in‑office, 2 days remote).
