Integrated Partner Marketing, Global Business Marketing
As an Integrated Partner Marketing Manager on the Global Business Marketing Team, you will be supporting partners in the TikTok Marketing Partners Program. This team develops strategies to advance TikTok's products, value, and vision with the ecosystem of partners. The partner marketing team serves as a strategic marketing unit for supporting scaled partner marketing content, sales collateral, digital marketing, and promotional activations at in‑person and virtual events. We are looking for a go‑getter, someone who is hungry to learn, a self‑starter who has big ideas, and is ready to take on any challenge.
Responsibilities
Develop cohesive messaging and creative strategies across touchpoints, ensuring consistent brand storytelling and partner integration.
Lead experiential event marketing—including regional, global events and webinars—for TikTok‑owned, partner‑owned, or industry events from a programming or strategic standpoint. Requires heavy oversight, strong coordination, and results‑driven design.
Work closely with the communications team to plan PR promotion of key moments or tentpoles.
Write digital marketing content, including case studies, blogs, and whitepapers.
Build decks and deliver storytelling for product and core brand narratives.
Drive projects in collaboration with product teams, other marketing teams, partner managers, legal, procurement, vendor management, and more.
Partner with the partnerships team to devise and drive partner marketing programs and growth strategies.
Collaborate across paid, earned, and owned channels to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Leverage data‑driven insights to optimize integrated marketing efforts and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, communications, advertising, and/or technology industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English with strong copywriting skills.
Experience working directly with external partners, creative agencies, or event vendors.
A fast learner with a great sense of judgment, design sensibilities, and creative thinking.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
Understanding of the advertising industry and media agency landscape.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in video production and familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut.
Experience with campaign management, commerce, data, leads, and media‑buying agencies.

Job Information Compensation: $96,000 – $211,111 annually. Salary may vary outside this range based on qualifications, skills, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and prorated paid personal time.
