As a UX Designer, you'll lead the experience and visual design for multiple development teams, setting the direction for joyful design. You'll evaluate users' needs, research workflows, observe applications, and work with developers to design intuitive, beautiful applications with sound information architecture. You'll demonstrate ideas through sketches, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Responsibilities
Act as the lead experience and visual designer for multiple development teams.
Meet with end‑users to understand unique needs and research workflows.
Observe applications in contextual use.
Collaborate with developers to create intuitive, beautiful applications.
Create sketches, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Qualifications
Available to start before June 2026.
Solid portfolio demonstrating strong user experience and visual design skills.
Education or experience in user‑centered design techniques.
Bachelor's degree or greater.
Relocation to Madison, WI, area (reimbursed).
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
COVID‑19 vaccination.
