Senior Producer – Ecommerce Fashion
Lead and inspire a dynamic in-house photo studio team, including photographers, stylists, and post-production specialists. Play a key role in shaping the studio’s creative direction and developing innovative workflows to support the growth of a multi-brand, multi-channel apparel business focused on ecommerce fashion.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all stages of photoshoots: pre-production, on-set, and post-production, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and retailer requirements.
Schedule multiple photoshoots weekly, maintain a master calendar, and communicate all details clearly to stakeholders.
Lead and mentor a talented team to deliver seamless shoot execution from concept through final image delivery.
Develop photoshoot concepts and timelines, working within budget to exceed quality expectations.
Secure top talent, including models, stylists, and photographers, negotiating favorable contracts for both on-model and off-model shoots.
Oversee studio workflow and resource management to ensure efficient operations and timely deliverables.
Manage product sample inventory and tracking throughout the shoot lifecycle.
Review and approve invoices for accuracy.
Participate in weekly cross-functional production meetings to align strategy and execution.
Support professional growth of the photo studio team through coaching and guidance.
Collaborate closely with marketing leadership to steer the visual direction and drive ecommerce-focused sales growth through compelling imagery.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ producer experience in a photo studio environment, with a strong focus on ecommerce fashion production.
Proven ability to manage and oversee photoshoots from concept to final delivery efficiently.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to navigate diverse teams and priorities smoothly.
Detail-oriented and solution-driven approach to overcome challenges.
Collaborative and diplomatic leadership style.
Proficiency in Excel, Photoshop, Acrobat, and PowerPoint.
Experience with digital asset management software (Canto preferred).
Familiarity with studio equipment and lighting techniques.

Compensation: $141,000.00 – $206,000.00
