Associate Producer – Ecommerce Fashion
Job Description
This Associate Producer role requires managing and coordinating photo production for multiple fashion and e-commerce brands within an in-house studio environment. Your responsibilities include scheduling and overseeing various types of shoots, maintaining the studio calendar, coordinating samples, models, and freelance crew, and ensuring smooth operations from pre-production through post-production. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting are critical.
Key Requirements
2–4 years of experience in photoshoot production specifically in fashion or e-commerce apparel studios.
Proven ability to manage multiple shoots simultaneously while meeting tight retail deadlines.
Experience with studio operations including sample tracking, crew scheduling, wardrobe prep, and model coordination.
Proficiency with Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and project management tools like Wrike; familiarity with digital asset management systems (Canto) and Capture One is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm and collaborative under pressure.
