Role Description AMDG Architects is seeking a Senior Architectural Designer who’s passionate about purpose‑driven design, exceptional craft, and client relationships that last. This is an opportunity to shape projects from concept to completion across a broad portfolio: custom residential, private PK‑12 + higher education, workplace, faith‑based + nonprofit, healthcare, and more.

What You’ll Do
Lead and guide the architectural design process through multiple phases: Master Planning, SD through CA
Create excellent graphics and presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts
Translate goals into client‑centered design concepts and detailed construction documents
Implement concepts with design and technical coherence
What You Bring
10+ years in architecture design (high‑end residential, K‑12/higher ed, workplace preferred)
Bachelor’s or master’s in architecture
Experience in Revit; proficient in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
Passion for detail, documentation, and client service
Exceptional communication and team collaboration
Motivation to achieve continuous learning, mentoring, and growth
